What happened to the so called Streamyx - malaysia's best broadband provider?
We was online just now then suddently the connection broke down...
Tried to call the customer centre but I was put on hold for 20mins with no one entertain my probs!
Not once, but I've tried several times...
I know its late night now but as a service provider company, TM should make sure that their call center is reliable enough to entertain their cust complains.
Or perhaps the call center congested with calls complaining of the sudden line trip?
I don't know wether this is just my connection prob alone, region or nationwide...
How's ur streamyx right now??
*dont know what's struck me till I wrote this n3 in english.. Perhaps I'm too pissed off with the service... Ahahah.. I'm having the "speak in english when angry" syndrome....

N i did "maki" the cust service people 4 very bad n serious damn slow services haha da jangkit syndrome Ps ni . .tp mmg btol, ingat lg masa line umh prob, susah btol nk get thru their Cs , bila da dpt suh onhold plak. Bikin meradang, sudahnya kena maki la . .free je dpt dari aku. . .pastu br nak say sori bagai. . .
ReplyDeletefor all i know tm mmg tgh ada probelm.. pasal kabel dalam laut tu la.. tapi one more thing, even that patutnya customer service dia mestilah cekap nk tangani komen2 dr customer.. apa raaa derang nih!
